Smoky and savoury, this BBQ sauce works on burgers, sandwiches, barbecue plates, marinades, dipping and glazing — built on Gevity Rx's bone broth "Body Glue" and tomato puree, in a ready-to-use 375ml bottle rather than a concentrate.
Tomato puree, organic apple cider vinegar, pomegranate syrup and tamarind pulp give it its depth, with onion, garlic, mustard powder and spices for savoury character, and chicory root fibre and psyllium husk worked through the base. It's gluten-free.
It also works as a marinade base: coat the food and refrigerate before cooking, as directed on the label. Check the label closely if you're avoiding beef, mustard, fibre ingredients or other allergens.

Use and storage
Shake or stir before use. Store as directed on the bottle. Refrigerate after opening when stated on the label, keep the cap closed and use within the labelled timeframe.
