Skipjack tuna, pole and line caught in the waters off the Azores, Portugal, and landed and processed locally rather than shipped elsewhere for canning. It's dressed in extra virgin olive oil, organic certified by Ecocert Portugal, rather than brine or a cheaper oil blend.

65% tuna and 33.5% olive oil by weight, with a light 1.5% salt. Eat it straight from the tin, flake it through pasta or a salad, or add it to a tapas spread.
