Each 6.1 g scoop carries 2.1 g of magnesium glycinate dihydrate, which is the Meta Mag form Ethical Nutrients uses, providing 210 mg of elemental magnesium. Alongside it sits 1.9 g of myHMB (calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate monohydrate) and 12.5 µg of colecalciferol, equivalent to 500 IU of vitamin D3. The dose is two scoops a day, so the 135 g tub is a short course rather than a long one.
The flavour is light and zesty rather than sweet, and it is sweetened with stevia instead of sugar. Directions
