Marshmallows made without gelatin, using tapioca syrup, cane sugar and tapioca starch with carrageenan as the gelling agent and soy protein giving them their structure, instead of the animal-derived gelatin regular marshmallows rely on. A small amount of natural vanilla flavour (0.2%) carries the taste, with the same soft, fluffy, melt-in-the-mouth texture as the traditional version — they toast the same way too.

Work them into hot chocolate, s'mores over a flame, baking, or eat them straight as a snack. Made on dedicated vegan equipment, non-GMO, gluten-free and kosher certified. Contains soy.
