An aromatic herbal blend of organic chamomile flower, holy basil (tulsi), lavender flower, lemongrass, ashwagandha root, spearmint leaf, and rose petals. Floral notes of rose and lavender mingle with a whisper of mint, a soothing ritual for morning or dusk. Ashwagandha and holy basil are traditionally used as adaptogens.

Naturally caffeine-free, 100% organic, vegan-friendly, and kosher. Bleach-free tea bags made from cellulose abaca fibres, recyclable packaging. 18 tea bags per box.

Directions of Use

Use one tea bag per cup of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 3-6 minutes, adjusting to taste. For a naturally sweeter cup, pair with a dab of honey (especially lovely with clover or alfalfa honey).
