What sets Glow apart from a straight vitamin powder is the fermentation. The Beauty Chef ferments a blend of organic wholefoods - chickpeas, mung beans, brown rice, sweet potato, lentils, buckwheat, quinoa, millet, pepitas, linseed and sunflower seeds among them - with a lactic acid starter culture, and that bio-fermented blend makes up more than 80% of the tub.
Layered over it are a few named additions. The Hyaluronic Complex is hyaluronic acid with grapeseed extract and sea buckthorn juice powder. There is pomegranate fruit peel extract, guar galactomannan as a prebiotic, and live cultures in Saccharomyces boulardii and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GUT5Y. Calcium ascorbate and ascorbic acid bring the vitamin C to 200% of the RDI per serve, with zinc ascorbate, nicotinamide, biotin and natural beta carotene alongside. Queen garnet plum, maqui berry and a trace of Kakadu plum sit in the fermented base.
The colour is deep and berry-dark, from black carrot and grape skin anthocyanins rather than added colour, and the flavour is natural wild berry with steviol glycosides for sweetness. A teaspoon is 5 g, stirred into 200 mL of water, yoghurt or a smoothie and drunk straight away, best with food.
Made in Australia, vegan friendly and gluten free. The 150 g jar is thirty serves. Once open, keep it cool or refrigerate it, always use a dry spoon, and finish it within three months.

Directions
Mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) into 200 mL of water, yoghurt or your preferred drink daily and consume immediately. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Best taken with food for optimal absorption.
