A liquid rather than a powder, which is the practical difference between this and the rest of the range - there is nothing to dissolve and no grit at the bottom of the glass. Shake the bottle, measure a tablespoon into water, and drink it.
Fermented papaya fruit juice makes up 42% of the formula, and the rest is built around organic superfruits: blueberry juice concentrate, Queen garnet plum puree, goji and acai juice powders, maqui berry, redcurrant and blackcurrant extracts and pomegranate fruit peel extract. Gotu kola leaf, papaya leaf and grapeseed extracts sit in there too, with zinc ascorbate, sea minerals and the Lactobacillus rhamnosus GUT5Y strain. The colour comes from black carrot anthocyanins. Stevia leaf extract and wild raspberry bitters give it a tart wild-berry taste rather than a sweet cordial one.
The whole blend is fermented using The Beauty Chef's Flora Culture process. It is vegan and cruelty free, gluten free, GMO free and FODMAP friendly, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and it is made in Australia.
A serve is 15 mL into 150-200 mL of water or another drink, once or twice a day. The 500 ml bottle covers about a month at two serves. It needs refrigerating once opened and finishing within 45 days.

Directions
Shake well. Mix 1 tbsp (15 mL) with 150-200 mL of chilled or room-temperature water (or your favourite beverage) and drink immediately. Use 1-2 serves daily.
Storage
Refrigerate after opening and use within 45 days.
