The collagen in this powder is upcycled from fish that would otherwise go to waste — NATICOL marine bioactive collagen peptides, made by a French manufacturer from a combination of farmed and wild-caught fish, sourced only from fisheries verified sustainable by Friend of the Sea. The fish come from Asia, North and South America, Europe and Africa, and include pangasius, tilapia, catfish, cod, haddock, Nile perch, cobia and redfish.
Sea buckthorn, mekabu spore (wakame), bamboo stem extract and guava leaf extract round out the formula, several of them certified organic. It's unflavoured, odourless and dissolves in hot or cold liquid, so it can go into coffee, smoothies, juice, soup, yoghurt, oats or baking without changing the taste much.

Directions
Mix 6 grams (2 heaped teaspoons) daily into any liquid of choice, such as coffee, smoothies, juices and soups. Alternatively, add to foods like yoghurt, oats and baking.
