How to use

Take 1 sachet daily with a beverage or food (juice, yoghurt, cereal, etc).

If taking prescribed oral or IV antibiotics: take 2 sachets daily (2–3 hours away from the antibiotic dose) for the duration of the course + five days afterwards, then revert back to 1 sachet daily.
