Thompson's One-A-Day Vitex 1500mg 60 Capsules

A high-potency, one-a-day capsule of vitex (chaste tree fruit), equivalent to 1.5g of the dry fruit. It may assist in the relief of nervous tension, moodiness and irritability associated with pre-menstrual tension or syndrome, and may assist in the relief of abdominal bloating and fluid retention associated with the same. It also helps regulate the menstrual cycle, and vitex has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine for the relief of acne.

It's a single-ingredient formula, oil-free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients

Active ingredients, each capsule contains herbal extract equiv. to dry: Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) fruit 1.5g (1500mg).
