A tomato-based BBQ sauce built on beef bone broth concentrate rather than a plain tomato reduction, with molasses, vinegar, garlic and onion, jalapeno chilli puree, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and mustard seed rounding out a medium heat level — hotter than a mild sauce, short of a straight chilli sauce.
