100% marine collagen, derived exclusively from wild-caught Alaskan cod and hydrolysed naturally using enzymes rather than chemicals or heat. That process, along with a targeted molecular weight of 3000 to 5000 Daltons, is what makes it virtually tasteless and odourless while still absorbing well — Thankfully Nourished puts the absorption rate at around 90%.

It's processed in Japan to a high purity standard, tested by independent laboratories, and free from heavy metals, GMOs and radiation. Two teaspoons (5g) stirred into a glass of water or juice, once or twice a day, with or without food, is the standard use.

Gluten, dairy and soy-free. Contains fish; not recommended during pregnancy.

Suggested use

Add 2 tsp (5g) to a glass then top with water or juice. Mix well. Best consumed once or twice a day, with or without food.
