A gluten-free cake mix built on a gluten-free flour blend (maize flour, maize starch, rice flour, tapioca starch) with cocoa (6%) and palm oil, raised with glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate and sodium acid pyrophosphate. A separate frosting mix, coloured with carotene and flavoured with burnt sugar, completes the choc caramel pairing. Can be made dairy and egg free.
