Weleda Salt Toothpaste Salty Peppermint Flavour 75ml

Sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride form the salt-forward base of this toothpaste, cleaning with a milder, less foamy action than a standard fluoride paste. Peppermint oil and organic sloe fruit juice bring the salty-peppermint flavour, and Simmondsia chinensis seed oil, myrrh resin extract, krameria root extract and horse chestnut bark extract round out a longer list of plant-derived ingredients.

It's fluoride-free, and the paste spreads and rinses cleanly, leaving a natural rather than sweetened taste behind. A pea-sized amount on a soft brush, twice daily, is the standard routine — spit out after brushing, and don't swallow.
