At least 32% cacao constituents make up the milk chocolate base, with whole milk powder, cocoa butter and cocoa mass, and pieces of caramel — made from sugar, glucose, cream and butter — running through it at 10%. Sea salt at 0.5% cuts the sweetness, and soy lecithin acts as the emusifier.
