Tom Organic Cotton Tampons Super 32 Pack

Made from 100% ACO certified organic cotton, these Super tampons suit heavy to very heavy flow days. Eight straight grooves are moulded into the applicator for a snug fit, and the cotton itself is free from chlorine bleach, dioxins, fragrances and dyes, which makes them a comfortable option for sensitive skin.

The pack of 32 comes in recyclable cardboard packaging, and the tampons are biodegradable, 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

Directions

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after inserting a tampon. Get into a comfortable position — most women either sit on the toilet with knees apart, squat slightly with knees bent, or stand with one foot on the toilet seat. Hold the outer insertion tube by the finger grip with your thumb and middle finger. With the removal string hanging down, insert the tip of the applicator into your vagina at a slight upward angle, approximately 45 degrees. Slide the outer insertion tube all the way in until your fingers touch your body, then push the inner tube with your pointer finger (or your other hand) all the way into the outer tube to push the tampon into place. Remove the inner and outer applicator tubes together.
