Each capsule contains 607mg of organic turmeric powder, 50mg of organic ginger powder and 3mg of organic black pepper powder, in a vegetable cellulose capsule shell with no fillers, excipients or flow agents. Black pepper is included specifically to enhance curcumin's absorption and bioavailability, since turmeric's active compound isn't well absorbed on its own.
