Just two ingredients: organic cane sugar and 30% organic ginger, grown in Fiji's volcanic soil. That high a proportion of ginger is what gives this syrup its real heat and depth, rather than a sugar syrup with a hint of ginger flavour added on top.

It's genuinely versatile — stir a teaspoon or two into hot tea or sparkling water, drizzle it over porridge or pancakes, glaze roasted vegetables with it, or work it into cocktails, marinades and baking. The golden-amber colour and smooth texture come through however it's used.
