Product Overview
The compact size in That Red House's soapberry range — 100% Sapindus mukorossi pericarp, over 90 washloads in a 250g pack, good for trying soapberries before committing to the larger bag. Five shells in the provided cotton wash bag, straight into the machine; agitated in water they produce a natural soap-like foam that does the same job as laundry powder, with antibacterial and antifungal properties built into the berry itself.
Each set of five shells covers four loads before they're spent. Being all-natural and hypoallergenic, they suit sensitive skin or conditions like eczema and psoriasis where synthetic detergent can be an irritant, and they work in front and top loaders alike.
Boiling spent shells for fifteen minutes also produces a liquid usable as a natural soap for general household cleaning.
Biodegradable, chemical-free, vegan, waste-free and compostable. Australian owned.
