Product Overview

A broad mineral and vitamin tablet built around four forms of magnesium — glycinate, sulfate, citrate and ascorbate, totalling 48.1mg elemental — alongside potassium, iron, zinc, manganese, selenium and iodine. The B group is well represented too, with both pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxal 5-phosphate forms of B6, thiamine, folinic acid and hydroxocobalamin, plus vitamins C, D3 and E and citrus bioflavonoids.
