Product Overview
Double strength means a smaller pour does the same work. Where a standard apple cider vinegar asks for a decent slug in a glass of water, this one is concentrated, so the bottle lasts longer and the measure is more forgiving.
It comes in a pourable 500 mL bottle, the familiar kitchen shape that stands alongside the oils and vinegars rather than needing its own spot. That matters if the same bottle is doing double duty - a tablespoon in a large glass of water before a meal or first thing in the morning, and then a splash into a salad dressing or a pan later in the day.
Shake it well before pouring. As with any vinegar, it goes into water rather than being drunk neat: undiluted vinegar is hard on tooth enamel and on the throat.
Melrose has been making apple cider vinegar for a long time, and the strength is stated on the front of the bottle so you are not guessing between similar-looking options in the range. Store it below 30 °C with the cap closed and out of direct sun - no fridge needed. Not recommended for children under 12.
