What separates Vitality from the Original is a spoonful of Hilbilby Fire Tonic stirred through it - raw honey, apple cider vinegar, organic turmeric, ginger, garlic, lemon, onion, horseradish, chillies, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise and rosemary - along with Kakadu plum. That is a lot of flavour on top of an already savoury base.
The base itself is the same: certified organic black sesame seeds with coconut aminos, Himalayan rock salt and apple cider vinegar with the Mother. The coconut aminos carry their own chilli, garlic and onion, so the result is umami first, then tangy, with a warm ginger-and-horseradish lift behind it that the Original does not have.
It is free from yeast, gluten, soy, dairy, nuts and refined sugar, and the texture is smooth and spreadable. Use it sparingly on toast, crackers or under avocado, or stir it into soups, dips, dressings and marinades where a small amount does a great deal.
Made in small batches in Brisbane from certified organic ingredients, in a recyclable glass jar. It keeps in the pantry without refrigeration - use within twelve months of opening, and stir before use as it separates naturally. Contains sesame seeds and honey.

Directions
Spread sparingly on toast, crackers or stir into marinades and dressings to taste. Stir well before use as natural separation may occur.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required. Use within 12 months of opening.
