Epzen Calm Soak Magnesium Bath Flakes 500g

Flakes rather than crystals or salts — magnesium chloride, scented with sweet orange, lavender, geranium, patchouli and neroli oils, a warmer and more floral blend than a plain lavender soak. They dissolve quickly in warm water, so there's no gritty residue left in the bottom of the tub once you're in.

A generous handful is the dose, dissolved into a warm bath and soaked in for 15 to 20 minutes, rinsing lightly afterwards if you'd rather. It suits a regular spot in an evening routine, or reaching for after a hard training session or a physically demanding day, and the 500g bag covers several soaks rather than being a one-off.

Directions

Add a generous handful of flakes to a warm bath. Allow to dissolve, then soak for 15-20 minutes. Rinse lightly if desired.
