EasiYo Black Yoghurt Maker

No plug, no appliance — this yoghurt maker works by holding boiling water around a reusable jar to keep a compatible EasiYo sachet at setting temperature, rather than relying on electricity. The complete set includes the black insulated outer maker, a reusable 1kg jar and a temperature strip.

It suits households already using EasiYo sachets, or anyone wanting a simple setup for weekly batches rather than buying individual tubs or snack portions. This is the maker itself, not a yoghurt base refill.

Directions

Half-fill an EasiYo 1kg jar with room-temperature drinking water (15–20°C), add one sachet, close and shake well. Add water to about 5mm from the top and shake again. Push the spacer into the yoghurt maker, add boiling water until the spacer is covered, place the sealed jar inside and close the maker. Leave for 8–12 hours, then refrigerate once set.

Storage

Wipe the outer maker with a damp cloth; do not immerse it in water. Wash and dry the jar and lid thoroughly between batches. Store all parts clean and dry.

Warnings

Steam and boiling water can burn. Place the maker on a stable surface, handle it carefully and keep the full maker well out of reach of children. Do not use damaged components.
