Product Overview
Maltitol, erythritol, inulin and stevia extract make up this spoonable sweetener — a blend of several ingredients rather than a single one, which is part of why it measures and dissolves closer to sugar than stevia on its own does. A quarter teaspoon or less is the swap for a teaspoon of sugar, stirred into drinks, sprinkled over cereal, or used in recipes.
Per 100g it comes to under 6g of carbohydrate and 4.9g of sugars, with 5.28g of that being soluble dietary fibre from the chicory-derived inulin — worth checking against other sweeteners on the shelf if you're comparing by carbs or fibre content. The 100g jar is a compact pantry size rather than a bulk pack.
Directions
Use 1/4 teaspoon (or less, to taste) in place of sugar in drinks, cereals, or recipes.
Storage
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
Warnings
Avoid in cases of known allergy to any component. Inulin is derived from chicory.
