Biotta Beetroot Juice G/F 500ml

Organic Swiss beetroot, pressed and lacto-fermented rather than simply juiced, gives this a smooth, earthy flavour with a natural sweetness and none of the harsher edge some beetroot juices have. The fermentation process preserves enzymes and develops gut-friendly lactic acid along the way, which is the real point of difference here compared to a standard pressed juice — it's not from concentrate, and there's no added sugar or sodium.
