The oats are uniquely grown and processed in certified facilities free from contamination by the gluten found in wheat, rye, spelt and barley grains. They're sourced from the USA, where growers use minimal impact growing techniques and crop exclusion zones. The seed is a heritage variety, and the roasted, creamy flavour comes from a shelf-stable mill process and production line free of the top 8 allergens. They're creamy, milky and smooth.
