Each K-Citra-10 tablet contains potassium citrate 1080 mg with citric acid anhydrous 334 mg, taken as directed on the label. The strips are single-use indicator strips with reagent pads and no active ingredients - dip one into a urine sample, read it against the colour chart on the container within seconds, then throw it away.
One hundred strips is a genuine supply rather than a trial packet, enough to test daily for months or several times a day through a shorter stretch. That is the useful part: without regular readings you are guessing at whether anything has shifted, and with them you can see it and adjust fluids or diet accordingly.
Keep the tablets below 25 °C and the strips sealed in their container - they are sensitive to moisture, and an open tub left in a steamy bathroom will give unreliable readings.
