This is a middle ground between fully non-applicator tampons and mainstream plastic applicators, at Super absorbency (9-12g), suited to medium to heavier flow days when Regular isn't quite enough but Super Plus would be overkill. Made with GOTS-certified organic cotton, no rayon, perfume or dyes, and processed Totally Chlorine Free.
Use the lowest absorbency that matches your flow, and swap regularly to stay comfortable. 16 tampons per pack.
Directions
Wash hands before and after use. Unwrap, then twist the applicator halves to loosen. Place the tip at the vaginal opening and push the inner tube to insert. Withdraw the applicator, leaving the string accessible. Choose the lowest absorbency you need and change regularly (commonly every 4–6 hours).
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep wrapped until ready to use.
Warnings
Tampons are associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) (rare but serious) — read and keep the included leaflet. Change tampons regularly and avoid leaving in longer than recommended. Not recommended to wear a tampon while sleeping if it may be left in too long. Do not flush tampons or applicators.
