Three whole-leaf green teas make up the bulk of this blend — Sencha from China's Da Zhang Shan (34%), Oothu from India's Western Ghats (32%) and Suoi Gang from Vietnam's Yen Bai region (32%) — with matcha powder from Jeju Island at 2% adding depth and a vibrant colour rather than being the main event. The result is a smooth, grassy cup with more layers than a straight matcha tea.
