The pad is BPA-free silicone with raised grooves that hold the spread and slow the licking right down. It sits on the floor or suctions onto a smooth surface, which is what makes it useful during a bath or a grooming session - the dog has something better to think about than what you are doing.

The carob butter is smooth, spreadable and has a naturally sweet, roasted aroma made specifically for dogs. A thin layer across the pad is enough; there is no need to be generous.
