Most whey powders stop at the protein. This one is 86% pasture-fed whey protein concentrate, then keeps going: MCT oil powder from coconut, organic chia seeds, organic maca, organic psyllium husk and a little Himalayan pink salt, with natural vanilla flavouring over the top.
The sweetening comes from steviol glycoside and thaumatin rather than sugar or synthetic sweeteners, and there are no artificial colours or preservatives. Soy lecithin is in there as the emulsifier, which is what keeps it dissolving cleanly instead of clumping in the bottom of a shaker.
A serve is 30 g, roughly two heaped tablespoons, into 250 mL of water, dairy milk or plant milk. It shakes out smooth and creamy, and the vanilla is mild enough that it works stirred through oats or yoghurt, or folded into baking, as readily as it does in a post-workout shake. The 500 g pouch gives around sixteen serves.
Worth checking the allergen line before you buy: it contains milk and soy lecithin, and is made on shared equipment with tree nuts, egg and sesame.

Directions
Mix 30 g (approx. two heaped tablespoons) with 250 mL of water, milk or plant milk. Blend or shake until smooth. Optionally, stir into oats, yoghurt or baking mixtures. For full effect, consume up to twice daily.
