Two kiwifruit extracts sit at the centre of this powder: Actazin from green kiwifruit and Livaux from gold, both grown in New Zealand and both bringing the fruit's own fibres and enzymes rather than an isolated fibre added from elsewhere.
Around them the formula pairs three probiotic strains with amino acids and minerals - Bacillus coagulans (Unique IS-2) at 25 billion CFU/g, Lactobacillus gasseri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus at 200 billion CFU/g each, with L-glutamine, L-taurine, magnesium citrate, spinach powder and citric acid. Natural kiwi and lemon lime flavours give it a light fruit-and-citrus taste, sweetened with stevia.
Two teaspoons, about 7 g, into 250 mL of water, shaken or stirred until dissolved. It also blends into smoothies, yoghurt or a breakfast bowl. Use a dry spoon and reseal the tub each time - moisture is what spoils a powder like this.
It is vegan, low FODMAP, gluten free, and free from dairy, gums and artificial fillers, which is a shorter and cleaner list than most gut powders manage. Made in Australia. At 350 g the tub gives around fifty serves. Note that it is a formulated supplementary sports food, not a sole source of nutrition.

Directions
Add 2 teaspoons (around 7 g) to 250 mL of water and shake or stir until dissolved. Can also be blended into smoothies, yoghurt, or breakfast bowls. Use a clean, dry spoon and reseal after each use.
