Two prebiotic fibres in equal measure: certified organic inulin from Jerusalem artichoke at 50%, and certified organic fructooligosaccharides at the other 50%. Nothing else is in the pouch - no flavouring, no sweetener, no bulking agent.
The powder is faintly sweet on its own and otherwise neutral, so it dissolves into water, juice, a smoothie or a yoghurt without changing the taste, and it can go into baking or a warm drink just as easily.
Dosing needs a little care. Start at a teaspoon, around 5 g, and work up towards two over time rather than beginning at the full amount - fibre of this kind can cause bloating or wind if it is introduced too quickly, and drinking enough water alongside it matters.
