Bamboo vinegar has a long history of use in traditional Chinese medicine. This foot patch combines it with wormwood, tourmaline and vitamin C, applied to the sole of the foot before bed and worn overnight, and changes colour with use.

Directions for use

  • Wash and dry your feet before applying the patches
  • Apply the patches 1 hour before bed time
  • Peel off the backing on the adhesive
  • Apply the foot patch to the centre of the foot
  • The patches can also be used on other areas of the body
  • Keep the patches on for 6-8 hours while you sleep
  • Peel off the patch after use and discard; wash the area well and dry
  • Continue each night until the discolouration of the pads subsides, or for 5 days minimum

  • Use the patch immediately after removing it from its individual packaging
  • Do not open the powder pouches
  • Keep feet dry when in use
