Tangerine and mandarin give this dishwash liquid a bright citrus scent at the sink rather than the flat, synthetic smell a lot of dishwashing liquids carry. It cuts through daily grease the way any decent dish soap should — a small squeeze into warm water, then wash and rinse as normal.
The base is coconut-based anionic and nonionic surfactants, with purified water, sodium bicarbonate and essential oils, so the cleaning comes from plant-derived surfactants rather than a heavy synthetic fragrance load. At 5L it is a bulk buy, meant to be decanted into a smaller bottle for the sink and topped up from the drum rather than bought and used straight from the big container — useful if dishes are a daily job in the house and running out mid-week gets old. It sits in the same low-tox range as Kin Kin's laundry liquid, so it is easy to standardise on if the brand is already in the cupboard.
Directions
Refill a clean smaller bottle if preferred. Add a small squeeze to warm water, wash dishes as usual, then rinse clean.
