100% New Zealand Manuka honey, UMF 10+, and nothing else — never pasteurised, crafted in small batches and fully traceable back to its source. UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) is an independent grading system checking multiple markers including authenticity and potency; UMF 10+ is roughly equivalent to MGO 263+ if you're comparing by methylglyoxal content instead.

Smooth, creamy and thick, with the earthy, caramel-like notes genuine Manuka honey is known for. One to three teaspoons daily, stirred into warm (not boiling) water, herbal tea, porridge or yoghurt, or used as a natural sweetener or spread over toast.
