Each capsule contains 150 mg of Verbascum thapsus flower extract as a dry concentrate, and that 150 mg is made from the equivalent of 3 grams of dried mullein flower - a twenty-to-one concentration, which is what lets a small capsule carry a meaningful amount of herb.
This is the capsule version of Wanderlust's mullein. Where the liquid drops need shaking, measuring and a glass of water, capsules are simply swallowed - tidier for a desk drawer or a suitcase, and with nothing to spill.
