Sodium chloride from Lake Deborah salt in Western Australia forms the base, with magnesium gluconate and potassium chloride in the flavoured blends. Food acids - citric, tartaric or malic depending on the flavour - give the tartness, silica keeps the powder loose, and organic stevia does the small amount of sweetening. There are no artificial colours.
Six flavours share the same 185 g tub. Salty Pineapple is bright and tropical, Salty Raspberry fruity and tangy, Salty Citrus crisp and zesty, Passionfruit sweet-tart, Salty Kiwi fresh and green, and Salty Chocolate the cocoa-led outlier.
Mix the recommended serve into cold or room-temperature water and adjust to taste - more water for a milder drink, less for something closer to an electrolyte hit. It dissolves readily either way.

Directions
Mix the recommended serving with cold or room-temperature water. Adjust strength to taste. Use daily or as needed during exercise, warm weather or periods of increased fluid loss.
