A four-herb formula that borrows from two traditions at once. Chaste Tree comes out of Western herbal practice; Dong Quai (Angelica), Peony and Bupleurum are long-standing herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and they are combined here with vitamin D3 and vitamin B6 rather than left as a plain botanical blend.
It is a tablet, taken with water or juice, and the dosing is designed to change over time. Harmony suggests starting at two to three tablets a day taken continuously across two to three menstrual cycles, then dropping back to one or two a day for ongoing use. Preferably away from meals, though after a meal is fine if that sits better. At 60 tablets a bottle, the starting dose runs about three weeks and the maintenance dose considerably longer.

Directions
Starting dose: Take 2-3 tablets per day continuously for 2-3 menstrual cycles. Maintenance dose: When symptoms ease, reduce to 1-2 tablets per day ongoing. Take with water or juice, preferably away from meals (or after meals if you experience discomfort).

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains Vitamin B6). Discontinue use if you develop sensitivity to the formula. Not recommended during pregnancy unless professionally prescribed. Do not use if the blister seal is broken. Store below 30 degrees Celsius.
