Product Overview
Ninety-five per cent of the plastic in these bags has been used before. It is post-consumer recycled LDPE, with 5% virgin plastic added back for strength and flexibility - the small proportion that stops a fully recycled bag from splitting when you lift it out of the bin.
They are sized for standard 50 L kitchen bins, with easy-tie handles that pull closed properly instead of needing to be knotted, and the material is thick enough to be tear-resistant and leak-proof through food scraps and wet waste.
Twenty bags to a roll. Tear one off, drop it into the bin and fold the edges over the rim so it does not collapse inwards on the first thing you throw in. Once full, tie the handles and put it out with the general waste.
Even the packaging keeps the theme: the core is cardboard and the label wrap is paper, both recyclable, and the roll is compact enough to store in a drawer. Keep them away from children and pets - a plastic bag is a suffocation hazard, and these are not for food storage.
