Zero refers to the fragrance: there is none. For anyone with sensitive skin, a household with babies in it, or a kitchen where perfume on the glassware is unwelcome, that is the reason to choose this one over the scented dish liquids in the range.

It is concentrated, so 5 to 10 mL into warm water is enough to raise suds for a full sink of plates, glasses, cutlery and cookware. Heavily soiled pots want a little extra, or a soak first. Used at that rate a drum this size runs to hundreds of washes.

The formula is plant- and mineral-based, free from petrochemicals, SLS and synthetic additives, and it is greywater and septic safe - it breaks down rather than lingering in the system.

Fifteen litres is a refill-station size rather than a bench bottle: it suits busy kitchens, share houses and workplaces that get through dish liquid steadily, and it comes with a tap attachment for dispensing into a smaller bottle. Directions

Add a small amount (about 5-10 mL) to warm water and agitate to form suds. Wash dishes as normal and rinse thoroughly. For heavily soiled pots and pans, use a little extra or soak before washing.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use the tap attachment for convenient dispensing.
