Thompson's One-a-day St John's Wort 4000mg 60 Tablets

A single high-potency tablet delivers 667mg of St. John's wort extract, equivalent to 4g of dry flowering herb top, standardised to contain 2.2mg of hypericin. It assists in the relief of nervous tension and anxiety associated with PMT, helps maintain healthy function of the nervous system, and provides symptomatic relief of pre-menstrual tension and syndrome, along with relief of sleeplessness.

Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, it also supports nervous system health, decreases nervous tension, relieves restlessness and reduces excess nervous energy, and relieves mild nerve pain (neuralgia) and symptoms of mild sciatica. It's vegetarian and vegan friendly, oil-free.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per tablet: Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort) ext 667mg, derived from dry flowering herb top min. 4g (4000mg), std. to contain hypericin 2.2mg.

Directions

Adults: take one tablet daily (with food). This can be increased to two tablets daily or as professionally prescribed. Take for at least 4-12 weeks.

St. John's Wort affects the way many prescription medicines work, including the oral contraceptive pill. Consult your doctor. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.
