Twelve herbal extracts sit in each 5mL dose, from astragalus and gotu kola through to globe artichoke, echinacea, Siberian ginseng, gentian, ginkgo, liquorice, yerba mate, sarsaparilla, nettle and ginger. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a body tonic to support general health and wellbeing, and traditionally understood to help reduce free radical damage to body cells.
It contains 18% v/v ethanol and 4mg of caffeine per 5mL dose — for comparison, a cup of instant coffee runs to roughly 80mg. It's for adults only, and caffeine intake above 200mg a day isn't recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
