Astragalus and kelp round out the herbal side, and four probiotic strains — L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, B. longum and B. lactis — add up to 1.8 billion CFU per serve.
A 5g serve provides 46mg vitamin C (152% RDI for a 1–3 year old), 83μg vitamin A (28% RDI), 12.4μg folate (12% RDI), 0.75μg vitamin D (15% RDI) and 11.4μg iodine (16% RDI), for just 1.2g sugar — about as sweet as cordial or juice, without being one.
