A prebiotic fibre blend at the centre of the formula (35%) — partially hydrolyzed guar gum, Australian green banana resistant starch, acacia fibre, apple pectin, organic inulin and organic fructooligosaccharides — flavoured with mango and mandarin rather than left plain.
Five probiotic strains sit alongside the fibre: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Saccharomyces boulardii, Bifidobacterium lactis, B. bifidum and B. longum. Glutamine, calcium, magnesium and zinc are added as minerals, with a long list of functional extracts running through it — turmeric, green tea, lemon balm, chamomile, licorice, ginger, grapeseed, red algae, black pepper, aloe vera, organic rosehips, marshmallow root, hibiscus and milk thistle seeds — plus B2, B6, B3 and biotin.
Gluten-free and vegan. As with any fibre powder, it's worth introducing gradually where the label recommends it and drinking enough water alongside it. Available in 200g and 700g sizes.
