Prebiotic fibres — organic inulin and acacia gum — make up 10% of the mix, and four probiotic strains add 1.8 billion CFU per serve.
Marine algae DHA, ginkgo, withania and bacopa extracts sit alongside calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron, plus B1, B3 and B6. A prepared serve provides 396mg calcium (50% RDI), 3.5mg iron (30% RDI), 85mg magnesium (27% RDI), 2.5mg zinc (21% RDI) and 53mg omega-3 DHA.
