Certified organic chaga, blended full-spectrum: an 8:1 hot-water extract combined with whole mushroom powder, standardised to more than 5% beta-glucans and made only from chaga fruiting bodies, without other mushroom varieties added in. It has an earthy, roasted profile, finely milled to stir into a drink rather than needing to be cooked.
Stir a level small culinary teaspoon (1.3g) into hot water, coffee or cacao, or blend into a smoothie. The 80g jar works out to around 61 serves at that measure. Vegan-friendly, and free from soy, gluten, dairy and GMOs.
