Amazonia Raw Nutrients Greens

A wholefood greens blend — spirulina, alfalfa grass, chlorella, wheatgrass, barley grass, kale, spinach, nettle leaf and broccoli sprout — sweetened with a fruit blend of apple juice, pineapple juice and lemon rather than added sugar, with a touch of stevia leaf extract and natural vanilla or mint flavour.

Jerusalem artichoke inulin provides the prebiotic fibre, and a sprout blend of amaranth and quinoa sits alongside what the label names its "Detox Blend": a natural sea mineral complex carrying over 74 trace minerals, plus dandelion, milk thistle and rosemary extract. Nopal cladode (prickly pear) rounds out the mix.

Certified organic, vegan and free from added sugar, fillers or artificial additives. Mix one heaped teaspoon (5g) into 200ml of water, juice or a smoothie daily.

Directions
