Absolute Fruitz Freeze Dried Strawberries 35g

Whole strawberries, freeze-dried and nothing else added. The process uses low temperature and low pressure rather than heat to pull the water out, which keeps more of the fruit's natural vitamin C, fibre and antioxidants intact than most other drying methods, and leaves a light, crisp texture rather than a chewy one.

Because there's no added sugar or preservative needed, the fruit keeps at room temperature indefinitely once the pack is sealed, without refrigeration and without the spoilage risk of fresh berries left too long in the fruit bowl. Absolute Fruitz starts from fresh, ripe, non-GMO strawberries, and the freeze-drying itself extends the shelf life well beyond what fresh fruit would give, which cuts down on food waste along the way.
